About Me
HI, I'm Danielle.
I never expected to be a counsellor. I started off working in a Hospital doing care work before this became a path I was drawn into.
Now, as a qualified counsellor I want to make counselling accessible for anyone who feels drawn to needing it with concessions on sessions and a free 30-minute consultation, I'm tired of the high bar to get help when it's most needed.
I was born and raised in Scotland before moving Portsmouth to train as a counsellor. I do miss my home town but the people here make it worth the move.
Outside of being a counsellor I love to unwind with an easy watch TV show.

Vision
People come to counselling for many reasons and my hope is to create a safe space and develop trust with each of my clients to support them in their journey.
I tend to work creatively with the goal being to help gain awareness around your thoughts, feelings and process all whilst going at your pace.
I typically work with Trauma and Neurodivergence, holding your lived experience as we explore what might be going on for you.
